- Pure Sequence First: Always, always focus on making your pure sequence first. This is the golden rule. Do not collect other sets before this is done.
- Use High Cards Fast: Cards like King (K), Queen (Q), Jack (J), Ace (A) have high points (10 points each). If you lose, these points count against you. Try to use them in a sequence or set quickly, or discard them if you cannot use them.
- Watch Your Foes: See what cards the player before you is picking or throwing away. It gives you a clue about the groups they are making.
- Be Smart with Jokers: Jokers are wild cards. They can be any card you need. Use them to complete a tough sequence or set. But do not wait forever for a Joker to make your pure sequence.
